Finding myself often working long hours at the computer, I could be in danger of lose track of the need to unplug and unwind. Thankfully, walking my dog every day helps me to maintain a healthy perspective. Truly, she saves me from myself some days!

Thank you for sharing this. I often struggle with that mental rut and have only begun in the past two years to be able to change it up to enter the right frame of mind. I’m in that phase right now if working full time Monday to Friday, looking to start making income from my own business (writing and music) and I do feel tired a lot. Spending all my time working hard leaves little time for self care, so I need to organise my schedule better.

As soon as you mentioned posture, I immediately fixed mine! I completely agree with you. Controlling our mindset is so important. I’ve started getting up at 5 AM and have been amazed at how working on myself first thing in has really helped me change my mindset. I’m way more productive now than I’ve ever been and have so much energy too!
