You\u2019re either investing your money to BUY your way to passive income, OR in this case, you\u2019re investing your time. <\/p>\n<p>When you\u2019re using your TIME to create your own passive income sources, it\u2019s also REALLY important to understand that if it were easy, EVERYONE would be doing it. In order to do well at this, you MUST be able to do your own research and understand that no one out there is going to go out of their way to make it happen for you &#8211; if you can\u2019t figure out how to do something on your own, you won\u2019t make it. <\/p>\n<p>And with all of this, you\u2019ll get paid in accordance to the level of service you provide. If you\u2019re not adding value to another person, in some form or another &#8211; you won\u2019t get paid, it\u2019s that simple. Find out what your value proposition is, and make that VERY well known &#8211; because you won\u2019t get something for nothing. <\/p>\n<p>The first, obviously, is by starting this youtube channel.<br \/>\nYou don\u2019t need to be some creative genius to make youtube videos. And don\u2019t give me the excuse that you don\u2019t have a personality for youtube\u2026I didn\u2019t think I did, either. Plus my early videos were AWFUL\u2026if you have fun doing it, by all means, go for it. Just make the types of videos you, yourself, would want to watch.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, in a addition to that, speaking of informational products, I later created two programs &#8211; one, how to grow your business as a real estate agent. And the second, how to grow a business on youtube.<br \/>\nThe concept is pretty simple: why teach one person, at one time? It\u2019s incredibly inefficient\u2026when instead, I can record the information ONCE in a condensed form, and reach thousands of people in the same amount of time it takes to teach one? Informational courses do INSANELY well, and there\u2019s a reason why everyone is doing them right now. They cost nothing to make, there\u2019s no overhead, they can reach anyone on the planet, and as long as you put the customer first, give more information than they pay for, and are all around helpful &#8211; you can do decently well, and I\u2019m sure some courses out there will have a fairly long lifespan is you make them as thorough as possible. <\/p>\n<p>Third, some of you have probably noticed my amazon affiliate store where I link to the items I use for recording.<br \/>\nAmazon affiliates is absolutely the easiest thing for a beginner to implement, because it\u2019s simple to sign up for, it\u2019s easy to drive traffic to amazon, and you get paid anytime someone buys ANYTHING through your link. <\/p>\n<p>The fourth way you could make passive income with $0 is through social media &#8211; like Facebook or Instagram.<br \/>\nIf you have a hobby, or involved in something &#8211; I guarantee there are at least 10,000-,100,000 people out there who feel the same way. Use facebook and instagram to your advantage to grow a completely organic following around that &#8211; no paid promotion, no spending money on anything, do it all organically. That audience will be valuable in the event you decide to monetize in the future. <\/p>\n<p>Fifth is running an AirBnb business<br \/>\nThis is when you go to a property that\u2019s on the market for rent, approach the owner, and explain that you\u2019ll manage the airbnb for him for a percentage of the profits. That way, the home owner could make MORE money than if they rented the house out on a long term lease &#8211; the owner has no management at all &#8211; AND you can make a profit for doing the work and setting it up. <\/p>\n<p>Besides that, you have the typical mentions of blogging\u2026everyone says that, so I don\u2019t want to be super cliche\u2026or running affiliate marketing and driving traffic to someone else and getting paid for it\u2026all of those are viable ways to make money, IF you\u2019re willing to put in the time to learn and get good at it.
