He emphasizes that the single most important thing you can do regardless of what you business you are in or what service you provide is finding the best way to get people’s attention. You can not even begin the process of selling something without getting the consumer’s attention first and the best way to do that is to make content that provides value, catches people’s eyes, and is as specific to the person as possible.
