Some harsh truths today from Dean for all those people who might need to get a reality check in their lives, work and businesses. There are many ways to get a reality check, and many reasons why you should. Here is one of the simplest and most effective ways…

Good morning everybody. It is Dean Holland here of course, on the way to Internet Profits HQ. And thank you for joining me on this journey here in today’s Drive.

**Is It Time For You To Get A Reality Check?**

So I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff lately… I’ve been talking to a lot of people, being very observant. And I’ve had my ears wide open, my eyes wide open… I’ve just been very observant.

And y’know, some people aren’t gonna like what I’m about to say. But I really don’t care.

Because I don’t really have time for this type of person anymore. So many people talk crap! It’s true – this is how it is.

So many people say they want to do something, as in – they say they want:

Success
To be the best version of themselves
To excel in a certain area
Financial freedom
To get out of their jobs
A better life
To provide better for their families

They say this, they say that. People say a lot of stuff, but very few people back it up with the correct actions.

I have been there! I have seen the errors of my ways over the years. 12/14 years ago, I used to be like that. I used to say, “I want online success. I want riches untold on the internet.”

Do You Need To Get A Reality Check?

But my actions were like, “Oh, I don’t need a mentor. I’m not going to invest in help and support. I’m gonna buy a few video courses, read a few blogs, visit a few forums, and [snaps-fingers] change my life.”

And d’you know the key? D’you know the actual simplicity of the key to getting all the stuff that you claim to want? It really comes down to this…

Say what you want, or say what you’re going to do – and DO it. What a message!… Say what you are going to do – and then DO it.

If you’re gonna publish a daily blog video or ‘v-log’ video – do it. Or if you’re going to do a Facebook Live every day – do it. If you’re going to add 10 people to your list every day, figure out how and do it, okay?

That’s what it comes down to…

**Not Everyone Finds This Easy And They Make Up Excuses**

It is as simple as that.

Now, not everybody finds that easy. But when you think about it, everybody’s talking all this crap,

“I want to do this, but you don’t know what it’s like for me.”
Or, “I’m gonna do this, but you don’t know how tough I have it.”
And, “I need to do that, but you don’t know what it’s like, ‘cos I don’t have much time in the day.”
Even, “I’ve got a job. I have all this stuff going on – you don’t know, you don’t know, you don’t know!”

**All It Comes Down To Is Showing Up And Putting In The Work**

It’s all excuses. Say what you are going to do – and DO it. Right?

This need to get a reality check, goes for everybody. Whether you’re in a job, and you’re telling who you work for that you want to do something, or you’re going to do something. And then you don’t deliver… Say what you’re gonna do, and then DO it, right?

If you are building your online business, say what you’re going to do, and then do it. Because actually, all it comes down to is showing up and putting in the work.

**People Who Are Full Of Excuses Need To Get A Reality Check**

So why is it that so many people struggle to do it? Why is it that so many people are full of excuses, and full of crap? They need to get a reality check… Say what you’re gonna do, and then DO it.
